So been a while….
Every vekinger’ home is his horde….
So having bought a house over a few years ago this year was the perfect opportunity to put in a shed and well it didn’t go to plan but it is a shed. So let’s start at the beginning….
Firstly a huge thank you to my mum and farther for the help in financially support and building the thing
The plan …

This was the original concept my friend Ryan even rendered it into 3D for me

The plan was coming together but the cost was increasing the budget was 800£
Sooo then comes the reality of a concrete base will need planning permission coming in at 1600 closest offer then the shed wood I had budgeted 300 for the frame but then comes the cladding at 40 odd a square meter so there we go how to save and still achieve this

This wasn’t going to happen pallets in Devon are like the routs of the mountain or the sound of a cats feet, I did manage to obtain a free window frame but it died in the old shed …

Lots of work later … approximately 5 months… May the job begins…

Well I actually bought an anvil not a shed … so next A.D.D disorder distraction….

And the garden …
Right on with the shed

Nope had to get a stump for the anvil …

Ok anvil on stump right on with the shed !

There we go old shed demolition and new base installed.

Lay out some 2b4 runners on the sleepers

Give up on bespoke shed buy 800£ one from Amazon … do not buy a shed from Amazon!!!!!

Only the best quality wood will do …. Nothing is straight or fits right but with a lot of work by my dad and me assisting

We got this far before I remember to take a photo or make any coffee but then I definitely remembered to take plenty of pictures as we went …

Here’s the shed finished … oops but it’s what we get up to in here will be the future oh yeh the anvil isn’t outside anymore

There we go now it’s a finished shed lol. The shed is born also In between this project wife had a baby baby now 4 months old got a dog over a year now and a hamster….. very quick job you see again a big thank you to my mum n dad for all the help in doing this. Total costs £1218.45 + anvil and feeding my dad lots of coffee ….
